Account Deletion

You can delete your Withmi account and associated data at any time from within the app. This page explains where to do it, what gets deleted, and what may be retained.
How to delete your account
- Open the Withmi app.
- Go to the "Me" tab at the bottom.
- Open "Data Management".
- Choose "Delete Account".
- Confirm in the prompt.
Deleting your account is irreversible. Once confirmed, deleted data cannot be recovered. Please proceed with care.
What gets deleted
After you delete your account, the following is removed:
- Cloud data: All content synced to Withmi servers, including chat conversations and messages, companion settings, memories and daily summaries, world-building, plans, tasks, habits and habit logs, milestones, focus records, guidance records, themes and account profile.
- Image assets: Avatars and chat images uploaded to the servers.
- Push token: The device token used for push notifications.
- On-device data: Local content on the current device, and the custom AI configuration stored in the Keychain.
What may be retained
A small amount of system logs generated for operations, security and compliance may be retained for a reasonable period. These logs are not used to identify you and are cleared on a regular schedule.
