Account Deletion

You can delete your Withmi account and associated data at any time from within the app. This page explains where to do it, what gets deleted, and what may be retained.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Withmi app.
  2. Go to the "Me" tab at the bottom.
  3. Open "Data Management".
  4. Choose "Delete Account".
  5. Confirm in the prompt.
Deleting your account is irreversible. Once confirmed, deleted data cannot be recovered. Please proceed with care.

What may be retained

A small amount of system logs generated for operations, security and compliance may be retained for a reasonable period. These logs are not used to identify you and are cleared on a regular schedule.
