1. Acceptance
Welcome to Withmi. By downloading, accessing or using the Withmi iOS app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
2. Service Description
Withmi is an AI companion app for planning and focus. It offers companion chat, goal-to-plan generation, Today tasks, habit check-ins, guided sessions, focus timers, cloud sync and paid benefits. Features may vary by app version, region, account status, device capability and subscription status.
3. Account and Security
Some features require Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for using your account lawfully and for keeping your device and Apple ID secure. Losses caused by failure to protect your device, account or credentials are your responsibility.
You may delete your account and related data in the app. See Account Deletion for details.
4. AI Features and Content
Withmi's AI features generate chat replies, plan drafts, guidance steps, focus copy and memory summaries. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for deciding whether to rely on it.
You agree not to use Withmi to create, upload, share or assist with illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexual, violent, self-harm, child safety, privacy-invasive or security-bypassing content.
5. Plus Subscription and Stardust Purchases
Withmi may offer an auto-renewable Plus subscription and in-app consumable items called "Stardust." Plus may provide long-term memory, proactive care, cloud sync, custom AI capability and daily Stardust claim benefits. The actual benefits are those shown in the app purchase screen.
Stardust is used for certain AI consumption and related in-app features. It is not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred, and cannot be used outside Withmi. Purchased Stardust generally remains available long term, but we may restrict abnormal accounts for safety, abuse handling, legal requirements or service adjustments.
All prices, trials, promotions, benefits and available products are subject to the App Store purchase sheet and the in-app presentation. Please review the product name, price, period and benefits before purchasing.
6. Auto-Renewal, Cancellation and Refunds
If Plus is offered as an auto-renewable subscription, payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings under "Apple ID > Subscriptions." After cancellation, paid benefits remain available until the end of the current billing period.
App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. If you need a refund, please submit the request through Apple's official refund process. We cannot process refunds on Apple's behalf or bypass Apple's subscription management rules.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Violate laws, infringe rights, or disrupt the service;
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, bypass payment, abuse APIs, mass-register or automate abusive usage;
- Upload or generate illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexual, violent, self-harm, child safety or privacy-invasive content;
- Use Withmi for automated decisions in high-risk settings or as a replacement for professional services.
If we detect violations or risky use, we may limit features, suspend accounts, remove violating content, refuse service or cooperate with lawful requests.
8. Intellectual Property
The Withmi app, interface, design, trademarks, service names, code and related materials are owned by us or the relevant rights holders. Content you create or enter in the app remains yours or the original rights holder's; you grant us the rights needed to provide, maintain, sync, back up, generate AI output from and improve the service.
9. Disclaimers and Limits of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Withmi is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure service, or that AI output will be accurate or meet your expectations.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use Withmi, reliance on AI output, third-party services, network failures, Apple platform rules, subscription management or force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes
We may adjust, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, and may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date on this page and, where appropriate, by in-app notice or another reasonable method. Continued use of Withmi means you accept the updated Terms.
