What is Withmi?

Withmi is an AI companion planning app. Chat with a companion, turn goals into tasks, habits and milestones, then return to the Today page to complete the next small step. Use Guidance when you feel stuck, and Focus when you need a steady session.

Where should I start?

If you already know what to do today, add a task or habit on the Today page. If the goal is larger, describe it to your companion first, let Withmi generate a plan, then review and deploy it to Today and Planner.

Is there in-app help?

Yes. Open the action menu in the top-right corner of the Today page and choose "Help". It covers Today tasks, habits, goal plans, Guidance, Focus, companions, account data, Plus and stardust.

Is Withmi free?

Withmi includes free features and also offers Plus and stardust-based features. Free users can use core companionship, Today tasks, planning and managed AI. Plus unlocks custom API configuration, more cloud attachment storage, daily greetings and other capabilities. Stardust is used for certain AI usage or value-added features.

What are managed AI and custom API?

Managed AI uses Withmi's model access and works for most users out of the box. Custom API lets Plus users enter their own Base URL, API key and model under "Me > Chat Model"; requests are sent to the service you specify.

What if my stardust balance or Plus status looks wrong?

Go to "Me > Plus & Stardust" to check your benefits, balance and claim status. If you just purchased something or the status has not refreshed, reopen the page or try again later. If it still looks wrong, email us with your account ID and purchase time.

Is my data safe? Where is it synced?

After signing in with Apple, your account profile, companions, chats, memories, plans, tasks, habits and settings are backed up to Withmi Cloud over an encrypted connection. The free plan includes 50MB of cloud attachment storage, while Plus includes 10GB; text data continues to back up. Custom API keys are stored only in the device Keychain. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to "Me > Account & Data" and choose to delete your account. This removes the current account's cloud data, image assets and local data on this device. See the Account Deletion page for steps.

Can AI replies be treated as professional advice?

No. AI output is meant to help you organize thoughts and actions and is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Use your own judgment and consult a professional when needed.

Why does the app need microphone / camera / photo access?

Microphone and speech recognition are used for voice input, voice messages and voice calls. Camera and photos are used for avatars, chat images and backgrounds. These permissions are requested only when you actively use the related feature, and you can revoke them anytime in system settings.

I'm not receiving push notifications.

Please make sure notifications are allowed under "Settings > Notifications > Withmi" and that the relevant reminders are enabled in the app. Daily greetings, focus reminders, schedule reminders and proactive companion messages all depend on notification permission. If they still don't arrive, email us.

Which devices are supported?

Withmi is currently designed for iPhone.
